Warranty Policy

Currently, all TopJob products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty coverage is applicable only within the continental United States and Canada.

What's Not Covered By Warranty

Our TopJob products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. However, certain conditions are not covered under our warranty. Please review the following exclusions carefully:
  1. Normal Wear and Tear
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
    • Fading, scratching, or general discoloration of materials.
    • Softening or sagging of cushioning over time.
    • Minor surface imperfections that naturally occur with regular use.
  1. Improper Use or Handling
Damage caused by improper use, handling, or care of the product is not covered. This includes:
    • Misuse, abuse, or alterations to the product.
    • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use (e.g., commercial use for a residential product).
    • Failure to follow proper care instructions or using the product in environmental conditions outside of those recommended (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity).
  1. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than TopJob or an authorized repair service will void the warranty. This includes:
    • Replacing or altering components without authorization.
    • Any damage resulting from the installation of non-original parts or accessories.
  1. Accidental or Intentional Damage
The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or intentional acts, including:
    • Spills, burns, cuts, punctures, or other similar accidents.
    • Damage due to pets, insects, or vermin.
    • Acts of nature such as floods, fire, or earthquakes.
  1. Transportation or Storage Damage
Damage incurred during transportation or storage of the product is not covered under warranty unless it is part of the original shipment from TopJob. Damage caused by improper packing, shipping, or storing the product by the customer is not covered.
  1. Cosmetic or Minor Defects
Cosmetic or minor defects that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product are not covered, including:
    • Small dents, scratches, or marks on non-visible areas.
    • Variations in natural materials (e.g., leather or wood) such as texture, grain, or color.
  1. Exceeding Weight Limits
Damage resulting from use by individuals exceeding the weight limits specified in the product’s guidelines is not covered. Please refer to the product’s manual or specifications for details on weight restrictions.
